  Hi ! I found a nice book for learn Chinese in the bookstore Boku in wen er lu :
  Sing songs and learn Chinese (唱新歌 学汉语) published by Beijing language and culture university press (ISBN13: 9787561919231).
  You can have an overview of Chinese music, there are 18 songs from 80's to now. Not all of the songs are good but its a good tool for study Chinese. The lyrics are written in pinyin, there are also a list of vocabulary and grammer notes for each song.
